Cream Cheese Pie Crust

Serves/Makes:2 dozen tarts or mini-pies

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter
  • 1 3 oz (84 grm). package cream cheese
  • 1 cup (225 ml) flour
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). sugar
  • Blend butter and cream cheese.
  • Stir in flour and sugar.
  • Cover and chill 1 hour.
  • Form into small balls.
  • Put into small tin holders like muffin tins or just pat into tins for crust.
This recipe is for Mini pie crusts, but could probably work just fine for one regular sized crust.
