Mandarin Orange Jello Mold

  • 2 cans Empress mandarin oranges
  • 1 15 oz (420 grm). can pineapple, crushed and drained
  • 1 6 oz (168 grm). pkg. orange Jello
  • 2 cups (475 ml) orange sherbet
  • Drain oranges and add enough water to make 1-1/2 cups (350 ml). Bring to a boil.
  • Pour into bowl and dissolve Jello.
  • Add sherbet. Stir until dissolved.
  • Add oranges and pineapple.
  • Pour into dish or mold desired.
  • Refrigerate.
