Print Friendly Recipe Recipe Information Source: Lucky Ingredients 2-1/3 cups (550 ml) sifted confectioners' sugar 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt 1 lemon juice 1/4 cup (60 ml) granulated sugar 1/2 cup (125 ml) shortening 1 tbsp (15 ml) grated lemon rind Preparation Mix confectioners' sugar, salt and egg. Boil lemon juice and granulated sugar together for 1 minute. Add shortening and lemon rind. Beat all ingredients together until creamy. Spread on cooled cake. Comments
