Ingredients 3/4 cup (175 ml) mayonnaise 3 tbsp (45 ml) honey 2 tbsp (30 ml) yellow mustard 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice or juice from 1/2 lemon prepared horseradish, to taste 2 tbsp (30 ml) orange juice (more or less, as needed) Preparation Combine all ingredients except orange juice; stir well. Thin to pouring consistency for dressing or dipping consistency for dips with orange juice. Cover and chill for 2 or 3 hours.
