Oil and vinegar dressing

My own

Serves/Makes:1 1/2 cups

  • 1 cup (225 ml) olive oil or less, to your taste
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vinegar (rice, wine, balsamic) your choice
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) black pepper, crushed
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) to 3 tsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
  • Mix together in a jar and shake to combine ingredients.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours to blend flavors.
My favorite dressing is a light vinaigrette. Enjoy!
