Serves/Makes:1 recipe

  • 1 lb (.5 kg). confectioners sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 cups (475 ml) pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp (5 ml). vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 8 oz (224 grm). semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 2 oz (56 grm). paraffin wax
  • Mix ingredients.
  • Roll into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet and chill well.
  • Melt semi-sweet baking chocolate with paraffin wax (1/8 lb (.1 kg).).
  • Dip balls and dribble leftover chocolate over tops.
