- Just like in the restaurant
- MeMaw from Dojemi
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) dry mustard
- 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) boilng water
- 2 tsp (10 ml) vegetable oil
- Whisk mustard and sugar together til smooth.
- Whisk in water and oil.
- Let stand 8 hours before serving.
- Refridgerate leftovers.
- Prep time: 8 hours 5 minutes.
I needed a hot mustard like you get in a Chinese Restaurant. Couldn't believe I couldn't find one so I asked a very good friend and she said she had one. Here it is, if any one wants a good Chinese Hot Mustard.
Great on pork, or whatever.
