Dressing for green salad with an Indian flair.


Serves/Makes:3/4 c. +/-

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) hazelnut oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) harissa paste
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) sesame oil
  • 1/8 cup (30 ml) white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Mix all ingredients together and serve over green salad.
