Serves/Makes:10 or more

Ingredients
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 package lemon jello
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) water
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) Wesson oil
  • For glaze:
  • 2 cups (475 ml) powdered sugar
  • juice and rind from two lemons
Preparation
  • Add all cake ingredients together and beat for 2 minutes.
  • Add Wesson oil and beat 2 more minutes.
  • Bake in preheated 325 degree (175 C.) oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • While cake is baking, mix the powdered sugar, juice and rind of the lemons. Mix well.
  • When cake is done, prick it with a toothpick in rows about 1 inch apart and pour glaze over cake while hot.
