Serves/Makes:6 or more

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) of soft brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) of cream(more if needed)
  • 1-3/4 cups (425 ml) self-rising flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 oz (112 grm). of any type of chcolate(chopped roughly)
Preparation
  • Wash your hands and preheat oven to 190c/375f/gas mark 5
  • Grease slightly one baking tray(you may alter this depending on how many cookies you want).
  • In a large size mixing bowl mix together (you may use your hands)the butter and sugar until soft
  • Add the cream to the mixture
  • Sift the flour and the salt into the mixture and stir.
  • Put the chocolate chunks into the mixture and stir well(again you may use your hands).
  • Scoop heaping tbsp of the mixture onto the baking tray making sure they are spaced out.
  • Put baking tray on oven and bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and put onto a wire rack to cool.
  • ENJOY!

We first made these cookies for sheer enjoyment but now we do it as sort of career. We sell them to friends and family making no discounts!
