Serves/Makes:2 or more

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 lb (.2 kg) ground sausage
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • oil for frying
  • seasoned flour
  • bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper
Preparation
  • Boil the 4 eggs, when completely cold, peel.
  • Dip in seasoned flour.
  • Cover with sausage so no egg can "peek" out.
  • Dip in beaten egg and then roll in breadcrumbs.
  • Deep fry in hot oil til golden brown, 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Serve hot or cold.
