  • 1 can pork & beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 package frozen baby lima beans
  • 1 can blackeyed peas, drained
  • 1 can chili beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vinegar
  • 1/2 lb (.2 kg) bacon, cut up
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 7 oz (196 grm).can green chili salsa (Herdez Salsa Verde)
  • 1 cup (225 ml) brown sugar, packed
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Pour into large casserole.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees (175 C.) for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
